TO ALL OF THE AFFECTED FAMILIES AND FRIENDS...
I AM SORRY THAT THIS HAD TO HAPPEN TO YOU...
I WISH THAT I COULD HUG ALL OF YOU...
JUST TRY TO BE STRONG AND HOLD ON...
WE WILL GET THROUGH THIS SOME HOW...
MY PAIN, TEARS, THOUGHTS, AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU
GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU...
I WISH THERE WAS MORE THAT I COULD SAY, BUT AT THIS TIME WORDS JUST ARE NOT ENOUGH...
I LOVE YOU...I LOVE YOU... I LOVE YOU...

As I read the partial passenger manifest, I found the name of pilot John Ogonowski. Does anyone know if his son is Adam Ogonowski - a student at Marshall University (WV) in 1993?

God Bless all the families left to grieve this HORRIBLE loss. I'm just terribly sorry that you have to suffer without your loved ones. There are no words -- the country does mourn with you.

I work for American Airlines. This has ripped to the heart of our country, but has also shown the best in people. You, as customers, have been unbelievably patient and compassionate! Thank you so much, we lost family and friends, we lost peace of mind, but we remembered something that we had let slip to the back of our minds. We are all family here in the US, regardless of race or heritage, we are all one people.
From AA, thank you.

I know that words dont count much, and that
being half way across the globe, I cannot help
with finding those you love, but my thoughts are
with you, may your hearts find solace, and your
loved ones return to you. You are not alone,
so many across the globe are with you in spirit
when you feel low, close your eyes and know that
someone, somewhere is reaching out to offer love
and comfort.

This message is coming from Colchester in the UK. Having watched the events unfold live on TV over here I can only imagine the grief that people in the US are going through. Personally, I felt the need to write something down to let you know that people over here are thinking of you.

Martin.

My heart goes out to all of the families that this tragedy hit hardest and to America for having to deal with this very insane ordeal. I pray for all the rescue workers that is risking their lives to save others and to a very dear friend(TRE') that is in the military that's currently in New York helping clear this disaster. America it's time for us to be as one and don't let this affect our Unity We Shall Overcome and fight back.

There are no amount of words that can express the deep sorrow we are all feeling for this horrible event which happened to all of humanity - no matter what ethnic background. It is truly a disgrace that this could occure. My deepest condolences to all the family, friends, business associates, aquaintences, and yes, complete strangers. Justice will be made. Truth and Goodness WILL overcome evil. Let's all band together at this time and in our future to remember this tradegy and let the memories make us whole for our days to come - each and every one...One World...One People.
