Guido, the hardworker, Is your working day over? Tomorrow , instead of lunch, start looking for a good teacher. You know, like the ones you had at school. Your values system is severely damaged you know. A good teacher might help. A real good one. If not - seek therapy.

Last night more that a hundred a/c took off bound for Serbia. Just when "Milo the all-time tyrant" went for armistice.
No Serb operations in Kosovo.
Clint didn't even notice. What's he after. Not peace. That's obvious now. US presence in Kosovo? Seems the only answer. What for? Well, may be lot's of resons, feeding our constant eater Guido, for one thing. What if a Pizza Hut in the neighbourhood runs out of supplies? That's a whole fu*king catastrophe!!!! "No pizza" = ethinic cleansing for Italians.

The US is violating a number of international laws

PROFESSOR RAJU THOMAS, MARQUETTE UNIVERSITY, MILWAUKEE, WI

The US is violating a number of international laws in attacking Serbia over Kosovo which is part of a sovereign independent state.

1) It is a violation ofArticle 2 of the UN Charterthat prohibits the use of force
against a sovereign state where it has not committed aggression on other states.
Serbia did not attack any neighboring states outside its sovereign borders. The Security Council did not sanction the use of force here. If the issue had been submitted to the Security Council, it would certainly have been vetoed by Russia and China. NATO knows it and therefore bypassed it.

(2) It is a violation of NATO's own charter which claims it is a defensive organizations and is only committed to force if one of its members is attacked. No
member of NATO was attacked.

(3) The so-called Rambouillet "Agreement" (there was no "agreement" by >Serbia
is a violation of the 1980 Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties which forbids coercion and force to compel any state to sign a treaty or agreement.
Serbia is being asked to sign this "Agreement" through NATO bombs and missiles.

(4) It is a violation of the Helsinki Accords Final Act of 1975 which guarantees the territorial frontiers of the states of Europe. What this so-called peace plan offers is
(a) the severance of Kosovo through NATO bombing with immediate effect; or

(b) the severance of Kosovo through NATO occupation three years later.

(5) If the sequel to the bombing is recogntion of Kosovo as an independent state,
this will violate international law that prohibits recognition of provinces that unilaterally declare independence against the wishes of the federal authorities.

These unlawful actions will set precedents that will undermine stability elsewhere in the world.

I counted four international laws there Mime, that means, if I'm not mistaken, that NATO could be guilty of four international crimes. May be true.

But you may want to take a trip to Serbia, Albania, Montenegro, Kosovo, Bosnia and count how many innocent civilians are homeless, starving, grieving, raped and dead. Add them all up and then come back and tell us how many laws Slobodan and his army have broken.

But while you're doing that, just a thought for you...

If your wife and daughter had been raped, your sons shot in the back of the head, your father beaten to death because he wouldn't leave the house that he helped build and you were leading your friends and neighbours over mountains to safety; would you be thinking about four international laws.

Thank you for your wonderfully educational international law insight into the Kosovar Conflict. If all you can do is sit at home in a comfortable chair reciting international law...I suggest you read some more about Kosovo and the people it once homed. The conflict isn't about international law, it's about genocide and suffering.

Serbs are murderers ? They must be, NATO told you so.

Serbs are committing genocide ? There are 4000 human rights observers in Kosovo, I am still waiting for NATO to publish their reports.

Serbs are killing, here's a video ? The Director is Albanian, some source.

NATO must be Gandhi disciples. While refugees are dying at the Macedonian border, the "allies" are PROPOSING TO TAKE SOME OF THEM TO THEIR COUNTRY. I am still waiting.

You believe NATO, don't you ? Okay.

Athens magazine Athinaiki, no. 599, page 9, 7th april 1999

"At the moment NATO is refusing Yugoslav ceasefire proposal , Athinaiki discovers 100% correct information from the NATO HQ resources that current Alliance losses are 88 dead and missing soldiers and 32 airplanes and helicopters. In order to punish Yugoslavia, small town of Aleksinac was heavily bombed resulting 7 dead and 30 wounded.

Informations obtained from highest level in Brussels are exposing Alliance`s anger and fear because of current losses without even starting any ground operation. Number of "missing " (most likely dead) collected by NATO officers in Kosovo reached the number of 88. Meanwhile, the number of lost airplanes and helicopters reached 32 so far. NATO hope that not all of 88 missing are dead and claim that Serbs don`t want to go with real number! According to NATO sources, 44 are Americans, 11 are Germans, 7 are British, 18 are of miscellaneous nationalities.

Those facts, still unpublished in those countries, combined with reported aircraft losses, caused anger to NATO generals who actually vote for different solution of crisis, there is also an opinion that action was headed wrong from the beginning. Due to all the mentioned facts here, NATO is claiming political deal under the current law in Yugoslavia without any changes of borders."

Let us hope there are very few casualties, I don't wish anybody to die even in the ranks of the aggressors.

SERGEY
I say all your arguments are irrelevant because NATO is more powerful than Yugoslavia,Yugoslavia will surrender or be destroyed,NATO will occupy Kosovo either way,The refugees will return,Kosovo will be autonomous or independant, and Serbs will still be as*holes.Albeit defeated as*holes.

As in all wars, the first casualty is the truth. You believe what you will, and I will believe what I will. We can only believe what we are told, unfortunately different countries and different media sources tell different versions of the same stories.

I agree with you in that I hope for as few casualties as is possible.

Unfortunately, we will only know the true nature and true results of the conflict when it is finished. Which, I fear will be too late for most Kosovans.

Mark from Denmark, you bark.

In a sense I agree with you. Why are NATO countries residents allowing their government to get away with all these hate crimes ? For the same reason US citizens let Clinton get away with his crimes, he was stronger. He is also stronger within NATO, did you notice ? He says "bomb", they bomb. He says "no ground troops", ... no ground troops. He is also a journalist, uncanny isn't it ? The ideas about Kosovar Albanian leaders dead men walking, talking were his ideas, so was the fake video of Rugova and Milosevic, Rugova being a prisoner of the Yugoslavs, need I go on ?

It is amazing what their controlled media will give you. And you're dumb enough to believe it. Look, naive Gandhi wanna-believe in the Charity work of the most powerful country in the world, I got news for you: the US don't care. Nor does your country, we did not forget World War II. Snap out of your religious daze and face the music. The US are here, in the heart of Europe, and they are not leaving. All European moron governments which are part of NATO made it possible for this to happen, and I still can't believe it:

Europe is being divided in its very heart, the Balkans, by the evil American interventionist, and the US are using NATO (European soldiers) to make it look official therefore justified ? WAKE UP PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!!

It beats the dirty work of CIA, NSA, and other creepy organisations who listen to our phone calls, read our faxes and monitor our emails.

If you want something done, get the go ahead first from the local authorities, so that if you are wrong they will forgive you.

Sergey,Sergey,Sergey! Not only did you not come close to getting 'it' up, your insecure and easily distracted.

Now go back and reread my post and see if you can deal with the common sense absurdity of some of the Serbian apologist claims I humorously alluded to in the post.

Cheers, phil

Macedonia prime minister had a press conference today accusing Western countries of starting the war and then left all the burdon to Macedonia. He said only Turkey and Norway showed any actual help, all the other countries gave empty promises.

Slovenian journalist returned from Kosovo and Macedonia saying he talked to refugees, but not adults, children. Asking them what they were scared of in Kosovo. Children were talking about bombs, granates not men in black masks.

Jamie Shea, spokesman for NATO said few monutes ago that one of the female refugees said the sound of NATO bombs was like a song of an angels to her ears. Perverted and obvious lies.

NATO bombed capital of Montenegro. Blair just yesterday in the interview to Montenegran tv promised Montenergran people all the support.
