Dimitri, was it Kim who asked the question about the proposed missle defence system. Anyway to answer the question, yes it is being designed to shot down a missle, one or two from a country the likes of N. Korea , Iraq, I think maybe China and it is not being designed to make the whole Russian arsenal mot. Which would be impossible anyway. The reason the Russians have a problem with it is one political, two paranoid.
