THANK YOU IGOR. I WAS NOT TRYING TO BE MEAN. BUT MANY TIMES YOU YELLED AT PEOPLE WHO WERE PRO RUSSIAN. YOU JUST MISUNDERSTOOD THEM.
IGOR, an advice for you. When you read someone's post, READ it. Then take few minutes to UNDERSTAND what it was about. Then READ IT AGAIN, with Russian-English Dictionary if necessary.
WHY I SAY IT? BECAUSE ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS YOU MISUNDERSTOOD PEOPLE, AND MISQUOTED THEM.

BAKU, Feb 1 (Reuters) - Police in Azerbaijan have arrested two soldiers who went on the run after allegedly shooting dead two officers and another serviceman, the military prosecutor's office said on Tuesday.
The two soldiers were detained at their homes late on Monday night, said the source at the prosecutor's office.
The Defence Ministry has not disclosed the motives for Sunday's shootings but soldiers and their parents are often quoted in the Azeri press complaining about poor conditions and bullying
in the oil-producing republic's military bases.
