Albanians now realize that Kfor rule theyr country. That's not ecxactely what they wanted.
They hoped nato will pack and go home once the job done. But nato is unlikely to leave Kosovo.

The reason is not coal mines or an air base site but the contol of muslim population in the area.
By fighting Milosevic, they stole the job of the Jihad.
And they were right. Never the west should let the islamists put a feet in the Balkans.

If nato didn't come to the Balkans, the islamists would be there by now. And it would be a disaster.

Kosovo war was less against Milosevic policy than against islamist expansion.
