Djopa Djumani I think Basayev has had too much opium. He sounds very dilusional and confused. The reason Iran is not helping is because the Chechens are criminals and the war has nothing to do with Islam. They are sick bastards that need to be put out of their misery.

Form Basayev's letter:
"""5) What do you intend to do if for example Israel bombs your reactor? """

ROFL..Yea, Djopa, I must agree with Igor, Shamil is dumb, alright! Israel bombing Irag! As if Israel didn't have enough tensions with its neighbors already. I would dismiss this "letter" only based on the level of Shamil's intellect.

At a briefing today, First Deputy Chief of Staff Valery Manilov said that, in the near future, mercenaries from Ukraine were going to arrive in Chechnya to engage in acts of sabotage and provocation. He stated that they would be wearing Russian uniforms. According to him, operative information held that Chechen territory would soon come under a deluge of mercenary groups, including several Ukrainian sections dressed in Russian camouflage with fake documents to pass themselves off as servicemen of the United Grouping of Forces.

Manilov said that the Ukrainian hired fighters were planning to engage in terrorist acts and sabotage, which would turn the Chechen people against the Russian forces. According to Manilov, these acts would be captured on video and distributed amongst the media.

In Chechnya, the federal troops have eliminated over 120 rebels outside Serzhen-Yurt, First Deputy Chief of the General Staff, Colonel General Valery Manilov said at a press conference in Moscow on Thursday.

He said a large rebel formation with approximately 250 members had operated in this area.

He also said that Arab mercenaries, among them field commander Khattab's nearest aides, constituted the nucleus of this rebel formation.

The operation outside Serzhen-Yurt continues, said Manilov.

So do I Dimi. That was a general comment.
Re your previous post, please give me one good reason why the Poles should support Russia?
"Cheering for the Chechens"??Diagreeing with one side doesn't neccersarily mean you support the other side.(See better's post) I'm sure the families of those rescued have rethought their opinions on Russians. Does rescueing two people mean that polish government policy has to be turned on its head as well?

No Mary again it was a general comment, that was just a weary acceptance that we will never really get to discuss anything here.
Unless you call this muck slinging a discussion.

That's an opinion as well, again see better's post.

Also From Basayev's Letter:

How ironic that right off the bat questions # 1 & 2 fairly supports my position of earlier today:

1) What is the reason for you to be moving closer to the kifirs than to the Muslims? Do you have the permission of Allah to do so? In other words is he saying that right or wrong you must side with whatever we do because you are of the same Muslim faith and if Allah directs us in Jihad he is also directing you.

2) Who exempted you from Jihad? Again same story, all their criminal deeds is not based upon rightness but rather their calling upon the conscience of all Muslims to justify criminal actions and to join forces and do all that's possible for the sake of Jihad and to present Allah with victory.

Iran and it's people are not falling for it any longer. Watch as others will likewise come to grips with the fact that evil actions cannot be cloaked by religion. The troublesome and wrongful MENTALIST ways are going to be a thing of the past for they will defeat themselves from within.

Igor,

Iranians have nothing to do with Islam. If they were real Islamists they would have finished Saddam long back instead of waiting for US to finish his war machine. They are after all flirting with Clinton after all these years of shouting "Satanic West". It was just a hype to fool the masses.

Basayev has said candidly. They don't need support of any one including Iran, Saudi who are all in fact slaves of West. You just see how the Nemesis of Russia destroys the Vodka Army. Manilov the idiot said two days back that 'major' operations are over to fool the Russian masses. And now three days the battle is in full swing. He can fool the Russian masses and ignorant ones but not the fighters of Shamil.

Shamil is alive and busy sending the vodka Army to hell. As long as he is alive Russia cannot even think that the war is 'over'.

I believe Basayev's actions make him a sick animal. This guy has kidnapped, murdered and taken innocent hostages and I assure you he will meet his end shortly. There is no way any religion will approve of his actions. If there is such a thing as judgement then he will be judged very harshly. There is no excuse for his actions.I guess this is an opinion that few would disagree with.

privet, Igor. I'm doing fine, man, summer-time rules.
Been watching almost all the quarterfinal games in Euro2000(curtesy of the Pay-Per-View channel, hella expensive, btw). Love the way Portugese played against Turkey. They practically left them no chance. Nuno Gomes kicks ass! Italy is playing great too, outplaying Rumanians all the way. I say it's Dutch who will get the gold.
Re: Svoloch. Yeah, I miss him too. Hopefully he'll make an appearance sooner or later.
Have you seen the Tyson's fight?

hm:
i concur w/kim arx.
you denigrate [what appears to be] your own
intelligence with your relentless porno-garbage
spew.
as she said, enough.

there are a few people who are afraid of what
you'd put on the board if they confronted you with
any criticism.

and away from the board, some of these same people
have discussed you, in the negative.
including me.
including kim.
including dimitri.

as you have proven yourself intelligent and
articulate, how about giving the obscenity a rest?

what is the gain or point in being just _another_
gross pig? they come pretty cheap around these
parts.

ps> and if anybody "got rid of bacon". it was
_me_.
to name just one.
