You if you have, then you know what I'm talking about. It's just doesn't go beyond being able to say: "hello", "my name is..", etc. I am very glad to know that your town's people are wise enough to see the difference b/in the gov. and the masses.

BTW, you mean that the Poles joke about Russians? LOLOL..Here, in the States everyone make jokes about Poles and how slow(minded) they are Kinda like We in Russia made fun of Moldovans.

non-sence. What the •••• my job has anything to do with anything? Igor lives in Canada. does he say one thing and live another. I don't think so.
Oh, wait a minute, I get it!! It's because I am stock broker, right?!!

Oh, if I only was a NON-stock broker, that would be diffierent. Yes, I live in a capitalist country, and yes, my pride belongs to Russia (or USSR to be exact) because I had an honor to be born and raised there, but because of our leaders of that time I didn't like my financial standing and (oh, selfish me!) chose to help my family and myself by moving here so I can have a greater income. MY, OH MY, HOW HYPOCRITICAL OF ME!!!

Do NOT speculate on my job to prove your point as my job is the sourse of my income, my "bread", and NOT my life, my preference, nor my passion.

By betterthanyou ( - 155.163.223.114) on Friday, June 30, 2000 - 05:29 pm:
thx,
My views are based on empirical experience and research. I take into account all facts, not just the facts of the poor you try to look so good in defending. When was the last time you gave to a charity or lent a helping hand. So what part of this great nation do you live in and speak so terribly about? Why don't you get the fucck out? I'm sure your mother would be proud to say that she did a good job raising a anti-social loser like yourselve. I can picture you know sitting behind your keyboard, tattoos, dyed black hair, smoking up a storm (you smoke don't you?), listening to underground depressing music. Loser..

Empirical experience and research? Since that is always changing your views must then always be changing, and you are like a man blown by the wind and whipped by the waves, with no firm footing. Of course your views wouldn't be based on common sense.

That Americans always have to blow their trumpets in the streets or make a photo op when they give anything to a so-called charity just goes to show the American hypocrisy for what it is. True charity keeps its deeds secret, so that it receives no thanks from men. But for Americans, the word is "you don't get something for nothing."

I do not smoke. I do not have tattoos. You are a typical American thought policeman ready to attack and drive off the land anyone who disagrees with you. Now everyone can see what intolerant stone-hearted hypocrites you are, claiming to be so humanitarian and magnanimous and accepting of people's differences.

You frauds! Why don't you leave and take your polluting presence out of the world! You want to solve the world's so-called overpopulation problem by murdering off all the people in the so-called third-world countries. Why don't you just sacrifice yourselves instead if you so highly value charity and lending a helping hand!

Dimitri
I've heard that Latvians dislike Russian more than anybody else. They even have some political problem about that.

Lithuanians are diffeent.
I live in a town with 25% of russians and 75% of lithuanians and I can say there is no problem. Here lithuanians are even more tolerant toward russians than in the rest of Lithuania because they know them better. Families are pretty much mixed.
Poeple don't understand however why some elder women, living in Lithuania for 30 years is still unable to ask for a bread in Lithuanian.
There isn't such a problem with young russians who all speak perfectly both languages. It's more with old poeple especialy women who are used of the russianisation of the soviet times. But these times are over for ten years already.
It's stunning to see lithuanians watching russian TVprograms and understand so easily everything as they didn't notice the language is not theyrs.

As you say,in poland only extremists or old aristocrats only realy hate russians. The rest is only telling russian jokes.

Latvian may be different. They have more german blood in theyr vein.

That's what keeps this world alive is once foes comming to the aid of the other. But hey I respect the individual you are, you seem to be one cool character and I still owe ya a drink. I don't have a problem with what you do or say here. Don't have to respect the place of origin though, well maybe it has nothing to do with the place or people just the politics. It's all good. Again most of the crap I give is out of shear boredom. I could care less about the goings on around the world. Just leave me the fucck alone, I like to bite. To each his own. How could I knock all those beautiful Russian women!!lol...
