O'k. Refugees are de-uro citizens of RusFed. But they haven't paid taxes since... Well, coming to think about it, they have never paid them! Chechnya, as a region of RusFed, has been receiving transfers from RusFed budget, gas and electricity(well, at least periodically) and it hadn't transfered a cent (or a ruble if that matters) back to RusFed. I am, on the other hand, a loyal tax-payer. So, the budget consists of money, that we either taken directly from the likes of me (RusFed tax-payers) or borrowed from our name, and we will have eventually to return that money with interest from our pockets. As you all have mentioned we are a little bit short on cash. Can you imagine how much it costs even to feed 200,000 people? They don't work, they are just waiting for RusFed gov to feed them, build camps for them, etc., etc., etc. WE ARE DOING WHAT WE CAN TO SUPPLY THEM WITH ALL THAT IS NESSESARY AND THEY, DE-FACTO, ARE NOT EVEN RUSFED CITIZENS (BECAUSE THEY HAVE NEVER PAID TAXES TO RUSFED). I think it is very unfair and insulting to say that Russia is trying to make all the refugees to die out (I know you haven't said that directly but that is what you meant)

P.S. I support my gov in their decision to take care about refugees. And as far as I can see, it is trying to do all it can.

I'm NOT surprised at the U.S. connection. There are enough people in the Senate and Congress of the U.S. who think like Texan. And also, rule of "divide and conquer" is very often used in the U.S. foreign politics. Somehow, I knew that we should expect that. So, who is an "evil empire"? :-)
