The Russians will win this time, because they are more prepared than the last time. Who cares about the Russian casualties boasted by the Chechen terrorists. With all the bombing going on, the heaviest casualties are more likely to happen on the terrorist side as common sense would tell us.
The situation with Chechnya is the same as if Texas would want to secede from U.S. I dont think that would be allowed though. So all those out there who dont really know whats going on, read little Russian history and see which side is more heavily favoured in this conflict.

Chechen people will not give up. They will fight to the end. They will fight until they will separate from Russian state. They will fight, even if Kremlin uses against them nuclear weapons. I feel very sorry for ethnic Russians, as they never had chance to have democracy in their country and it seems that today they are wreaking their anger at non-Russian groups.
