every one the usa will be ok i know my hope has never died for this country. in this world it may be hard to live in but i live here this is my home my life is here and not even the falling of the twin towers will stop that. life is ever growing and i hope and pray every one is ok. the day that i heard about the plane hits i was wowed in shock that something that bad could happen in this world. i was at school at the time my first hour class we were watching a video and suddenly someone came in and told our teacher about what happened and he was like ok class were now going to watch some thing else just as he turned the tv on they were playing the play back of the second plane hit i was so sad and so scared for every one in the towers. i couldn't believe that some thing that bad could have happened, a few days later our country still wow's in shock that one day every thing could be great and then the next the world as we know it could change. to me this is a chance to show the world were strong with or with out the towers but i'm yet sad for the lose of many fellow americans. in this school year me and my choir will be singing a song in honor of the people who have died telling the world that we are proud to be who we are no matter what were proud to be americans all the way!!!!! in this i pray to those that are my fellow americans that have died you will be with us though it all. My family recently returned from our European vacation on American Airlines. The crew
worked to make our trip very comfortable and
enraptured our 6-year old son with their
attentivenes to his requests. I am sure that
their training did not include that of dealing with maniacal terrorists. Our hearts go out to the crews and passengers of the ill-fated planes, whose lives were mercilously commandeered for
the crime of mass murder. The terrorists may have won this battle, but they will lose the war. America and the world must not let a single innocent death go unpunished. Our free way of life is at stake and we must rise to it's defense!

It is a well known fact that you could drive a horse and cart through the pathetic security arrangements at domestic airports in the USA.
We have heard stories of baggage being loaded onto aircraft totally unchecked, baggage loaded when the pasenger was not even on the aircraft (as in the case of the Lockerbie incident), also it seems very easy for anybody to hijack an aircraft in the USA. What happened to the much publicised (at the time) flying air marshals?
America has only itself to blame for such incidents happening. Also all this crap about remembrance services, candle burnings and shrines will not bring back the dead. Also you see the thing that is most important on the agenda? Getting Wall Street up and running again.

I send sympathy from Britain to all Americans, especially those who have lost loved ones. I am a professional singer and was performing in Cardiff, Wales with the Welsh National Opera on Wednesday evening when we had the First Night of Beethoven,s "Leonore", his first draft of the opera which became, eight years later, "Fidelio". You may care to know that the cast, chorus and audience stood for a minute,s silence as a token of respect for all the dead. You are in our thoughts.

It is really amasing what happened in NYC.
Being born and raised in Europe(Cyprus-half occuppied by the Turkish army -NOBODY DOES ANYTHING ABOUT THIS TERRORISM)makes me think
in a very different way. It is very true that Americans act according to the information received
from their controled media without daring or having the time to use their mind - please dont take me wrong here-for analising and reaching mature decision.
I believe all these reactions -for revenge- are taken without thinking and this is beacause they always thought they are the centre of the universe. I am not anti-american but I believe-or to be more honest- I am sure that this is the syndrome of people feeling insecure and knowing that they are not fare with their companions.
People have to learn from their mistakes, but in this case as in many others,Americans -not the citizens- but the ruling bosses want to apply their ideas by force and presume all others being
uneducated, undeveloped e.t.c. Think of the past
and to whom the land of America belonged to and who applied terrorism by slaughtering innocent children in the tents and the wild field of that
ever beautiful country. All these are mentioned
here, not beacause I dont like America, but because I think it is time for the citizens of this beatiful country to start being REALLY interested in the future of it and take their life
in their hands. STOP BEING RULED BY YOUR ILLOGICAL
RULERS - THINK YOURSELF. GOD BLESS THE VICTIMS.

And another thing. Just how do those Irish-Americans feel now/ Those ones that made a point of donating cash to the IRA. Well the IRA is just another terrorist organisation.

Our family would like to extend our blessings and love to all of those who have lost and suffered in this very tragic attack on our nation. Eventhough we are far way (in distance) we are close in our hearts. God Be With You All!

Dear America

It is with deepest regret that I have to write this note. A lot of innocent lives were lost on the 11th September. My heart goes out to you, the survivors and those who did not survive. In some way or another, those who caused this will be punished.

I am arriving in NY on 13th October for my first visit and I look forward being close to you all.

With all the love in the world.

My name is Ashley, I am 14 and live in Jax Fl. I was in school when I heard the horrible news...and for the rest of the week all we have been doing is watching the news to get "up dates" My prayers go out to the families of victims and to the victims themselves. Because in a way we are all victims. Also, to the Military men and women who are out on the Washington and the Kennedy. I have friends who's dads who are out there, hurry home guys your kids really miss you! And Mr. Pres. you are doing a great job guiding us through this, you are trully a great man. I wish there was more I could do but because of my age all I can give is my prayers. I hope it is enough. Ashley
