I'm looking for my mother in law, Shirley Epstein who resided at 90 Gold Street in Manhattan. she may have been evacuated, and we don't know where. She is 80 years old and was fine as of 1:30 pm EDT on the day of the bombing.We think she was evacuated to a shelter, but we don't know where. We are not in NY, and can't get through via telephone. Is there a way of getting an evacuee list?
