The whole of Casa Del Monte, on the corner of Jog and Forest Hill is, as of 12 midnight, under 1 foot of water and it is rising. The drainage canal behind the development normaly has 3 to 4 feet of water is overflowing its banks. At least 5 trees have come down in a 2 block radius. Awnings/car ports have blown down. Just a big mess. This was our third strike, and we just got nailed! Be glad this was not a Cat 2 or higher!

I live in Royal Palm and the water is getting high. I have a canal out back and it is so high it`s about to enter my yard. I took my camcorder outside to video and it looks like a mess. I cant tell where the road starts and the yard ends. It looks like a big lake out front. with the canal out back and the water out front it looks bad. It seems to be closing in on us. Even my back yard has water past my ankels. We just moved in and needed to do repairs and this has ruined all. Our new carpet is already wet. The new tile we have not even finished installing has a puddle started at the front door. I am so upset. My husband and myself have not even moved our furniture in and this is happening. I am thankful for that. I just hope it is safe in storage. That would be great our storge floods. Does anyone know if Boca has any floods? That is where our furniture is. Thanks for listening to me wine. Hope everyone stays safe and dry.

I live in Sandalwood at Boynton Beach. My parking lot is flooded and water is under all the cars. The storm drains are backed up and the street and our parking lot are lakes.

There is extensive flooding the The Grove at Boynton Beach, off Boynton Beach Blvd.

Use caution entering the community.

I heard a tornado touched down on Linton Blvd near SW 10th Ave. (About 2 blocks from I-95). Electricity and phone lines are down right now at home, according to my roommate.

Tonight's going to be mess.

Here in West Palm the weather is getting more windy and rainy as the day goes on. I have also heard that there are tornado's down south. Flooding doesn't appear too bad.

Two of us awake and well in a high & dry location near BCC King Center, Melbourne. Lot's of rain...a few small limbs in the lawn...high wind gusts at times...some lightning to the west. There had been a great deal of undrained rainwater in many nearby areas before the storm. All this "extra" can't be good. I wonder how others are doing?

In the Miami Doral Area (NW Dade Cty), we had flooding with some houses suffering water damage. Numerous trees were blown down with debris (halloween decorations, palm fronds, etc.,) blowing around. Wind gusts in Doral area exceeded those from Hurricanes Floyd and Dennis from this year and George (last year). Presently Miami is sunny and breezy - at last. Hoo-ray!

We (in Melbourne, near BCC King Center) have seen some old fences blown down and just a bit more debris blow (thankfully most trees have been recently trimmed because of Floyd, etc.). Would like to know how others are doing locally.

Abaco got another whack by Irene early Saturday morning. Winds up to 90mph hit the island and spawned two tornadoes. One in Bahama Palm Shores where one fatality occured and one in Marsh harbour area. Road from Chicken farm to Marsh Harbour was flooded. Airport was flooded but unconfirmed reports say planes landed in late pm.

Currituck, NC has had lots of rain during the day but no wind. The rain ws the heaviest I have seen since I have lived here, water was filling the ditches but drained quickly when the rain quit. I pray everyone stays safe and dry.
