I was referring to the command structure.Russians report to the highest guy in there sector and only if the orders are not approved by moscow on that time they work something out.Agreement reporterd by Reuters on if im not mistaken the 6 th of juli.

was a CHEAP ATTEMPT to steal the spotlight
and to be heroes ... "Slavic heroes" HA HA HA
Today the "glory" of that Blitz is all gone
and the Kosovars are shooting at you and yours, Alexei.
YOU ARE NOT WELCOME.
As far as the Russians,
this conflict has proven that
Russian politicians are incompetent
and impotent to control their army,
while the Russian Army itself
is a confused bunch
of hungry (ex-)communists
unable to save their own nation/state
who pretended to be the guardians for Serbia.
