RAMSEY CLARK ANNOUNCES THE FORMATION OF COMMISSION OF INQUIRY FOR AN
INTERNATIONAL WAR CRIMES TRIBUNAL

U.S./NATO WAR CRIMES WILL BE SUBJECT OF COMMISSION OF INQUIRY HEARING IN NEW YORK CITY ON
JULY 31, 1999

June 11, 1999

A Commission of Inquiry for an International War Crimes Tribunal has been initiated by former U.S. Attorney General Ramsey Clark. Mr.
Clark is the chairperson of the International Action Center. The Commission of Inquiry will hold hearings to collect eyewitness, direct, and
expert testimony, video footage, photographs, documents, and other evidence as part of an investigation into crimes against peace, crimes
against humanity, and war crimes committed during the U.S./NATO bombing war against Yugoslavia.

The Commission of Inquiry will include international jurists, human rights activists, trade unionists, medical personnel, environmental experts,
rank-and-file soldiers from NATO countries, and people who have been in Yugoslavia during the bombing.

Mr. Clark is in the process of outlining a multi-point indictment of the U.S. government’s conduct in the war against Yugoslavia. This
indictment will serve as the basis of the Commission’s work.

We are now in the process of organizing similar hearings throughout the United States, in other NATO countries, in Russia, and elsewhere. At
the conclusion of these hearings, there will be convened an International War Crimes Tribunal that will consider all of the evidence.

We are now assembling an international research team and will be dispatching investigators and researchers wherever evidence can be
collected.

The July 31 Commission of Inquiry hearing will take place at the Fashion Institute of Technology campus in New York City. We are urging
anti-war activists to come to New York that weekend to participate in the Commission of Inquiry hearing and to join us in a national
organizers’ planning conference that will prepare the work of the Commission of Inquiry in cities throughout the United States.

If you are interested in being a volunteer, an organizer, or a member of the research staff, please contact Sarah Sloan at (212) 633-6646 or
email us at iacenter@iacenter.org.

Sincerely,

Sara Flounders and Brian Becker

The DMS can, ofF course, delete this post, but I will state all the same, that the US had gone too far. Now I can demand bombing of Ankara over Kurds. Bombing of Pyongyang. Bombing of Columbia. Bombing of Tel-Aviv.

Thanks to J. Ramsey. But will it work, dear Daniela?
P.S. I'm Your supporter. Don't be put off by those "Western" men posting. BS at best.

Actually that Slick acted on orders and IMHO he wasn't all that pro-bomb. Who I would like to see indicted are - that irresponsible warmongering Marxist-pacifist turncoat Solana, who
behaves like "I will kill you, because it'll do you good", Corporal Clark (he won't get Schwartzkoph's fame anyways), that truth-killing Jamie Goebbels Superstar and, since that unprecedented indictment
by the Tribal Court of Hague of the active head of state, those two criminals-in-charge - Chief Red Nose and Mad.

Approximately 6 million people around the world have died as a direct result of U.S. military actions since the nation's beginning -- Howard Zinn, "The People's History of the United States".

Just happened onto this site by chance. Having read most of the messages, I must say ignorance is plentiful here. By the way, this character, Jack London, is quite amusing. I doubt that he likes, or, for that matter, is liked by anyone.

No nation of people should be held in contempt for the alleged wrong doings by a few.

For the record, Mr. Slobodan Milosevic is a bonafide hero. His concern for the innocent citizens of Serbia is what caused him to capitulate to NATO. He realized that the "iron fists" of NATO [Mr.William J. Clinton, Javier Solana, and Tony Blair] would, if need be, kill every woman and child in Serbia to attain their agenda.

Indicting the Yugoslavian hierarchy was a political ploy primarily intended to buy time and cover the tracks of the real war criminals.

To Mr Richard C. Clemens

Speaking of ignorance, yes you yourself are a fine example. And how quick to judge on a subject you have not investigated. It's all so easy said, but very unfounded.

Ir I would do what you do, I could for instance say that all high schools in the US are infested with mafia, therefore you have no free opion building in schools. Equally rediculous, right???

Richard Clemens,

At first I was worried
when you said what you said about me.
But then you called Slobodan Milosovic
A BONAFIDE HERO.

"His concern for the innocent citizens of Serbia is what caused him to capitulate to NATO".

Tsssss Richard, its more like this :
His concern for loosing power,
in the face of the evident defeat
and total distruction of his army,
police, institutions and infrastructures,
is what caused him to capitulate to NATO".

Richard, for the record,
Milosovic spend 10 YEARS
read again : 10 YEARS waging war and
destroying INNOCENT LIVES in the Balkans,
including inside his own SERBIA.

You call him a HERO......
should I - or anyone - value your opinion?

Sure calling Milo a hero was too much, but...

Could anybody ever imagine a "saviour" looking like a monster? That's NATO.
Came to protect the innocent
Bomb and kill THE INNOCENT
Is killing a whole bus of civilians A STRATEGY?
Is smashing a train full of people on the bridge
sort of TACTICS?
MURDERERS on both sides -either Serb or Nato can't be forgiven.
